Pump Branch Farm
Our layers are a mixed variety of heritage breed brown egg producers. Some of the varieties include, barred rocks, black australorps, wyandottes, rhode island reds, and buff orpingtons. They are moved from paddock to paddock in the rotational management system by use of electrified poultry netting. This allows for new areas to be explored every few days and protection from predators. A new portable laying house built on a rolling chassis is now in operation for more layer capacity. Eggs are collected daily.
